Hi there!

I’m Melanie, a User Experience Researcher based in Philadelphia.

About Me

I’m Melanie, a UX researcher who is committed to making technology more just, inclusive, and human-centered. I care deeply about surfacing the realities of people’s experiences, especially those who are often overlooked, and turning that understanding into tools and systems that truly support them.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a belief that thoughtful research can drive meaningful change. I lead research from start to finish, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help connect user needs to product decisions in ways that are both actionable and impactful.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me practicing Muay Thai, watching bad reality TV with my dog, getting lost in a thriller novel, or gardening in my South Philly backyard.
